These terms cover the SpottedStyle SA internal-testing app. SpottedStyle is a separate product, not the VaKoop marketplace app.
1. The service
SpottedStyle helps you save a fashion reference, describe what matters about it and organise private style boards. The current build includes a prepared example and an optional handoff to a separate marketplace search.
2. Internal testing
Version 0.2.0 is pre-release software supplied to invited testers. Features may change, reset or be unavailable. Please keep your own copy of any source image you cannot afford to lose.
3. Example content
Sample products, retailers, prices, sizes and availability are illustrative only. They are not live offers, stock evidence, professional styling advice or a promise that an item will fit or remain available.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of images and notes you add. You confirm that you have the right to use them and will not use SpottedStyle for unlawful, abusive or infringing material. The current testing build stores this content locally and does not publish it.
5. Separate services
If you choose an external handoff, the destination service has its own terms, prices, availability, accounts and transaction rules. SpottedStyle does not complete a purchase or guarantee third-party content.
6. Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer for abuse, bypass safeguards, submit malicious content or use the service in a way that harms another person or system.
7. Availability and liability
We provide the testing build as-is while we evaluate it. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost data or decisions based on prepared examples. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
8. Operator and law
SpottedStyle SA is a distinct service operated by VaKoop (Pty) Ltd. These terms are governed by South African law. Contact cs@vakoop.co.za with “SpottedStyle” in the subject.
